To purchase the Forza 6 service, receive activation details, or follow up on an order, choose a support channel and include your order number if available.
For account delivery by email, tell support when ordering and provide your email address in the support chat. Do not share your personal account password.
Before ordering game activation
- For the purchaser on one device only. The account is for activation and must not be shared.
- Do not change the store account's email address, password, or settings.
- Keep the store account in Microsoft Store while downloading and playing, and use your personal account in the Xbox App.
- Violating the terms voids the warranty and may result in account access being withdrawn.
- Lifetime warranty subject to the terms. Platform changes beyond our control and problems with the customer's device are excluded.
- Store policy: no refunds or exchanges, subject to your mandatory statutory rights.
